In my previous article (https://www.koto.fr/2015/02/17/igel-thin-client-redirection-of-removable-usb-mass-storage-in-citrix/) i describe how to configure dynamic usb storage mapping in IGEL Thin client in Citrix session. By design, the firmware didn’t provided this feature.

Now with the version 5.06.101 of the FW, this feature is included. You can download the latest firmware in: http://myigel.biz

Extract from the realease notes:

- To enable it in the IGEL setup go to:
Devices -> Storage Devices -> USB Storage Hotplug -> Enable dynamic client drive mapping
  Registry: devices.autofs.dcdm_enable (default: disabled)
  * IMPORTANT NOTE: If dynamic client drive mapping is enabled it is necessary to "safely remove" all
USB storage devices manually by using the eject button in the task bar tray icon area to prevent data loss.
The eject button appears in the tray icon area of the taskbar as soon as a removable USB storage
  device was detected.
